How do I download the BrightWheel App?
Brightwheel is our main platform for communication, billing and updates that we use at GC Acacademy, and it is very easy to download. It is found in the app store, once downloaded you can sign up using your school and your email and phone number. Other family members who are allowed to pick up your child can be added once the account is confirmed.
Where can I find and reference policy changes and requirments for my child?
You will be able to find these in our newly updated 2021 GC Academy Handbook. This can be downloaded and printed as a PDF.
If my child is enrolled, where can I make payments?
Regarding payment for tuition whether you have one child here with us or several, downloading the Brightwheel App will give you access to the "Billing" section of your child's profile. Here you will be able to view invoices sent to you for tuition, late fees or other requests.
Are you currently allowing families to come tour your school?
Yes! Despite all the precautions we have in place due to COVID-19, we do allow the option for families to come in for a tour. At either campus you will meet with one of the directors who will review paperwork and discuss any questions you may have regarding your child or children. We can't take you fully through the building but we can also schedule FaceTime or Zoom Tours if you call and scheudle ahead of time, please see our campuses phone numbers listed on the Contact page.
